some of the reporters have called it "the blizzard of 2010" but i think my title is more descriptive. also apparently to technically be termed a blizzard you need a strong wind which we did not have at all. pittsburgh got a lot more snow than the forecasters were initially calling for us to get. 4"-8" late in the day they altered it to 8"-12".
